- Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any international destination
- Items or products that are on sale, discontinued, or designated as closeout
- Chassis, Turn-Key Karts, Used Karts, Engines, Bodywork, Seats, Kart Lifts and Stands, and any item/product listed as “Drop Ship Only”
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns or exchanges must receive prior authorization from a J&S Motorsports sales representative. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in restockable condition suitable for resale as new.
- Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, grease, dirt, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, a J&S Motorsports sales representative will contact you. You may choose to have the item discarded or returned to you. Return shipping costs plus a $10 handling fee will apply.
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds for eligible returned items will be issued as in-store/online credit.
- J&S Motorsports does not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
- Items being exchanged are subject to standard shipping charges plus a $10 handling fee.
