Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping Eligibility
- Online retail orders totaling $250 or more in products (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping within the lower continental United States.
- J&S Motorsports reserves the right to select the shipping carrier for all orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Carrier & Service Selection
- Customers who choose USPS Priority Mail will be billed at the current USPS Priority Mail rates at the time of shipment. Rates are subject to change based on market conditions.
Drop‑Shipped Items
- All items marked as “Drop Shipped” will be billed at full shipping cost.
- Drop‑shipped orders may require up to an additional 24 hours for processing and billing.
- Once product availability is confirmed, the order will be processed and shipped. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Order Processing Times
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of being processed.
- Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, in the order they were received.
Insurance & Signature Requirements
- Free standard shipping includes only the default insurance provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS).
- Additional insurance may be requested in the order details section and will be billed according to the carrier’s current rates.
- Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery. A $6 signature fee will be added to the invoice.
Shipping Damage, Loss, or Theft
- J&S Motorsports packages all items with care to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- However, J&S Motorsports cannot control how packages are handled once shipped and is not responsible for:
- Damage to packaging or products during transit
- Lost or stolen packages
- Missing items resulting from carrier‑related box damage
