Payment, Terms & Conditions
Order Processing & Billing
- To ensure the most accurate and cost‑effective shipping rates, J&S Motorsports will not bill your order until processing and packaging have begun.
- Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be changed, modified, or cancelled prior to being processed and billed.
- Once an order has entered the processing/packaging stage and has been billed, it cannot be changed or modified.
- Orders cancelled after processing/packaging has begun are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Right to Refuse Service
- J&S Motorsports reserves the right to refuse any sale and to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Customer Information & Data Security
- J&S Motorsports does not sell or share customer information.
- Financial information is not stored. Once payment is processed and confirmed, all financial data is permanently deleted.
- J&S Motorsports does not keep credit or debit cards on file.
- The only customer information retained for future order processing includes: Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number
- This information is deleted if:
- No order is placed within one year of the previous purchase, or
- The customer requests removal.
Fraud Prevention
For orders shipped to PO Boxes, J&S Motorsports may require:
- A copy of a valid photo ID showing the matching address, and
- A copy of the credit/debit card used for the purchase (name must match).
- Customers will be contacted via email or text (based on preference) before the order is processed.
- If no response is received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
Agreement to Terms
- By placing and confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all J&S Motorsports terms, conditions, and policies.
